Though it can be said that each geographic
area has its own special light,
none more so than here on the coast.
Attempting to capture the light with
a rapidly advancing weather system bearing
down on your location is always challenging.
Often we are forced to "play"
a little with reality.
Using both a small plein air piece
and photo's taken while painting it I
"played" with this piece
within the confines of the studio
and reality.

Good evening Jeffrey!... "Play" evokes a sense of joy... and the absence of any feeling of "work."
"Play" is a liberating force that works outside of constricting rules and and boundaries... as you have well demonstrated in this magnificent... light-filled... unique West Coastal seascape.
What else can one say... except Bravo!... and thank you for sharing your "Light".
Good Painting and Play!
Warmest rewgards,
Bruce
Thanks Bruce...play on!
