Last of the November colour
A sunny spot out of the cold breeze
Talking with all the Towhees
They pop out of the cover
Seeking that funny accent
That keeps answering their calls
But its just a bird lover

Autumn colours are my favourite to paint. I like the way you have used blue marks for the negative space between the plants.
Thank you Gideon...it was quite cool out there painting, but I dressed for it and painted fast out of the wind and in the sun. The golden Cottonwood leaves against the pure blue sky was quite spectacular...
Sincerely,
Jeffrey
Tiny painting yet it is lovely I find myself searching among the bushes for the towhee, maybe you will paint one for us to see! hope all is well over with you and that the weather is fine!
Hey Caroline,
Thank you for the comment, yes the weather is more normal here now cool wet, windy then a lovely sunny day then back again. Towhees are always a great companion when painting in these sorts of area's, with their cat like sounds.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey
