High Rock Rumba

I was up on High Rock park on Friday morning

and came back with this piece.

Our native Garry oaks really are this twisted

and curled and seem at times to be growing

right out of the rock.

I tried for a stylized look with this piece.

Oil on canvas 12 x 9.
