As I mentioned in my last post I came back from Cowichan Lake with two paintings. This study of
overhanging backlit Alder limbs with that summer
sparkling water was the first of the day. It was perhaps
a little complex for the first one and me
standing on a secluded natural beach with that cool
clear Cowichan Lake water lapping at the stony shore,
and me not even having my first swim yet...yikes!
