'September Morning-Gillingham Islands'

Not for the first time, I must say that painting
here on the south end of Vancouver Island
in the wonderful September light
is one of my most treasured
times of the year.

Those mountains, with the spectacular glow of light, are incredible. Excellent work, again, Jeffrey.

Have a great time out there. I'll be awaiting more of your beautiful paintings.

You capture that serene stillness and change on your Island refuge... signalled in September everywhere in Canada Jeffrey!!

The Park was-over-the-top beautiful this trip. The Tamaracks were even into their late October golden dress ... far earlier than usual.

Good Fall Painting!
Warmest regards,
Bruce

Thanks for that Bruce...your Algonquin post had me enthralled and remembering the last I was in that country at the "peak" some 40 years ago...
