'Home By Moonrise'

Pushing at my boundaries a little with this one.
From an amalgamation of memory, imagination,
photo references and desire.
Once in awhile they all come together long enough
to utilize their influence in a creative way.
Often difficult to harness them all at one
time in a consistent way.

Oil on canvas 30 x 36.
Your thoughts & comments always appreciated.

Hi there Jeffrey!... This is a simply stunning canvas... in every respect!

You have rolled every good aspect of the creative process into what I feel is the best work I have yet to see on your site!

My heartiest congrats ... and a tip o' my hat and cup to "You" on this one Pardner!

This 'll soon be a "goner"... for absolute certain!

Good Painting!
Warmest regards,
Bruce

Hi Jeffrey,
Home by Moonrise has a wonderful feeling! It is satisfying when you can get all the pieces to come together, but it is tricky isn't it? You did a great job. lovely painting.

Nice sense of distance, and the colours are wonderful. This scene reminds me of the Alberta foothills.
