'Late of a summer evening
when from off the sea
a lively breeze
moves through the trees
Swallows and Martins soaring high
in the fast fading rays
of the summer sky
and the golden glow
of these halcyon days'

Good morning Jeffrey!... Your painting has indeed caught that transition between summer's end and early fall... as do your beautiful words. Both equally expressive of a shared communion of minds... east and west!
Bravo!
Good Painting!
Warmest regards,
Bruce
Hi Bruce,
Though summer continues there is indeed a marked difference in the air and light as of late. Wonderful light and colour right now here on the south Island for painting.
I try to hold on to every bit of it, though it seems often like trying to gather stardust. I celebrate every moment I can be in it...
Sincerely,
Jeffrey
