This is the second piece I spoke of in my last post. Thoselovely cloud formations have become more threatening
and dramatic in nature. The shadows they cast on the
landscape below them heightens the drama and interest.
This photo did come out a tad dark in lower quarter
of the painting, so another will have to be taken.
The contrast of the cloud darkened areas and those in
the full sun were quite dazzling as I painted this piece.
Oil on wood panel 9 x 12.
