View from Raven Hill

Last Friday I painted at a little farm that sits

on the south slope above Mount Newton Crossroads

out on the Saanich Pennisula. This is the view

looking back toward Victoria to the south.

Raven Hill Herb Farm produces wonderful array

of herbs and gave our band of pleinairists free

range for a morning paint.
