'Afternoon Friendly'

One of the many beautiful spots here on the south end
of Vancouver Island this view is from Moses Point.
While painting here one late afternoon a couple of weeks
ago these sail boats came by on a freshening wind.
They seemed to be having a friendly race.
Due to the rising tide I was forced to finish quickly.
Oil on wood panel 9 x 12.
As always your thoughts & comments are welcomed!

Hi Jeffrey!... And what a "Friendly" this "quick" sketch is!

Sometimes the ones that are most enjoyable... and fresh are the ones where we can't "dilly- dally" about!

Isn't Nature wonderful? A "tidescape!!! HAHA!

A lovely piece indeed!

Good Painting!
Warmest regards,
Bruce
