'Cattle Point Camas'

This years Camas bloom at Cattle Point is nothing
short of spectacular. However due to the areas rocky terrain
and this weekends heat and drying winds it will very
quickly start the inevitable dying off.
The time of the Camas always seems
to take forever to start but so
soon to end...

Hi there Jeffrey!... The camas adds to your spring repertoire and enjoyment what the trillium does here in Ontario! Short time here?... Maybe. But:

"How sweet its is!" HA HA!! Good one Jeffrey! Lovely spring light ... colour and solid composition! A gem!

Good Painting!
Warmest regards,
Bruce

Thanks Bruce.

How well I remember the trilliums carpeting the floor of the maple woods of my youth. We see then here but not the display's of your bit of paradise. The Camas show here always happen when my spirits are in need of a seasonal lift. To stand in an open sunny meadow amongst drifts of their purple blooms, with swallows soaring and darting low over and around me is a spring tonic that soothes my soul...
