I painted with a non-group of plein air enthusiasts Friday
morning on the Saanich Peninsula's Island View Beach.
It was lovely warm morning with a low tide and a wonderful
sky and only a light breeze. I arrived fairly early and
was hoping to capture the feel of a morning in early fall
with this piece. This is a very popular spot among
our local bird watching community.

Hi Jeffery,
This is beautiful. I love the varying shades of green you have put in the treeline... I love "Evening Ferry" for the same reason and also for it's unique perspective. Once again a joy to look at your paintings.
