'Winter Walk',(Canadian west coast Impressionism, winter, snow, southern Vancouver Island)

Winter on southern Vancouver Island often

happens without snow, (seldom without lots of

rain), but we do get real winter

from time to time. When that happens I do

my best to re-supply my 'winter' reference

photo library. This piece was painted using a

photo I took after a January snow

storm back in 2007.

Oil on canvas 16 x 20.
