About two years ago I painted a plein air piece that
I used as reference to paint this one.
I have always been enthralled with the drama of
a sunlight landscape against a dark sky.
Perhaps a series is in the offing...

Hi Jeffrey you really have captured the sunlight on the wee trees against that dark sky. This really is a lovely painting and as Bruce writes one that another artist can really see and understand so well.
