I was out with our group of "Outsiders" againyesterday, plein aire painters that is.
The weather cooperated wonderfully and some grand
paintings were produced.
We painted at Work Point again as it is such a beautiful
spot and last weeks weather was somewhat
challenging. I think there is still some sleet
embedded in my canvas. =;-))

It has a "weathery", cool, spring feel to it.
The top painting is a glorious production (betcha haven't heard that before- I've never said it either.)

I really like the contrast of the rock shapes/colors with the grass colors and textures--there's a nice abstract quality to that, Jeffrey.
