'Trail to the Lake' **SOLD**

(Canadian west coast Impressionism, forest trail oil painting, Vancouver Island)

One of the joys of walking the trail
into the lake are scenes like this.
Light breaking through the trees and
filling the path ahead with white light.
Oil on wood panel 8 x 6.
Comments welcomed.

So very magical, Jeffrey! Your work is consistently good and always atmospheric and lyrical. I mean it. I always feel transported there.

Definitely a trail I'd like to walk....

The trees look just like this now here in N. Carolina - they're still green but the sun is low in the sky and turns them these dazzling colors when it shines through them.
