'Autumn Snowfall',

(Canadian west coast Impressionism, early snowfall, oil paintings of southern Vancouver Island)

Last light on an early snowfall can provide
some dramatic light and colour.
I'm remembering (once again) just
how addictive painting snow can be, yikes!
=;-))

It must be fun to play all that cool blue and white off of the warm and dark colors. Woo! Your work is an inspiration, Jeffrey.

Thanks so much for your wonderful comment Prabha...yes it does happen from time to time usually the snow will melt away after a few days and fall will continue with normal temperatures. Winter will still be on its way for real sometime soon!

Hey thanks so much Edgar! I have to say that painting snow in all its manifestations is a really fun thing, one I always have a hard time stopping!
