I was able to return to have another go at Madrona Farmyesterday. We were greeted by wonderful blue skies and
enough clouds to make me happy. We choose to paint
from the upper side of the farm looking down and across to
the Sooke Hills and the start of the Malahat.
Patterns of different coloured crops in the sloping
fields combined with the vanishing perspective
made for a challenging exercise.
Oil on canvas 6 x 8.
