Blossom Time

Spring has arrived in Victoria (offically not till tomorrow)
and everyday brings a new discovery of something
else bursting into bloom.
The plum and cherry trees are some of the first.
This painting is of street close to my studio and is
typical of a lot of the streets
in my neighbourhood right now with
the blossoming plum trees.

Oil on canvas 14 x 11.

surprised to see things in bloom in Canada-- nothing will bloom here in New York for another month --you have painted some lovely color here. Makes me impatient to look out my window and see that. So sick of winter!

Yes Rhonda spring has sprung on Southern Vancouver Island. You have had exceptionally hard winter out your way this year!!!
Thanks for commenting and I hope you will check in again.
