Went for a plein air excursion up island yesterdayand happened upon this lovely spot.
The veiw of Mount Tuam across the water
on Saltspring made for a great backdrop to the
disappearing road. I really enjoyed doing
this one and was able to take in lots
of birding while painting there.
How wonderful is that!!!

hi Jeff I really like your painting style ...so full of color and great composition....Mt Tuam is a winner! I like how you added the vertical poles...the vibrant color... and that little plant breaks up the road in the foreground
