Island Shore

The tidal shoreline with its many intricate patterns
provides endless opportunities for painting.
It is always changing, tides, wind, light all
combine to provide a different image but at the same
time holding on to something recognizable.
This one was done from a photo I took when
visiting Saltspring Island recently.
Acrylic on canvas 30 x 36.

Your artwork is absolutely phenominal. Your color palette is so warm. There is so much conviction in your brushstrokes. Love the red underpaint is a lot of these brillant paintings.
